Hello my name is Sheila Winnick, I want to talk a little bit about my renovation in my kitchen and dining room area, I first found out about Sosna through his brochure, the buyer’s guide for selecting a contractor.

I found the guidelines in this to be very very helpful, and done with integrity. When I finally met Andrei the owner and contractor, I was very impressed by how he conducted our meeting. He first asked me about my lifestyle, “what did i do in my home?”, “how did i spend my time with my family?”

I found this an interesting concept, because nobody from the other contractors had ever asked me what I was doing with my home. From that he was able to determine what kind of work needed to be done. I was also impressed with his honesty when I suggest doing certain things, and he would say “you don’t need to spend money to do that, that’s not necessary”

Other contractors were gladly willing to do anything to make the extra money. They brought in engineers and tradesmen all before any work was started. The tradesmen were here, all the materials were bought so we didn’t have to wait for anything later on. Workers that came here, all came on time. They were all professional, they cleaned up afterwards.

They never left a mess. I never had one day when somebody wasn’t here. Every day was useful, every day was productive. We were able to live in the house and not have to worry about dirt coming into the rest of our home. They were very respectful about our property.

And we really appreciated that was that they had a site manager and a project manager who addressed any of our concerns along the way. They were readily available to us. We were given a pre-construction checklist before the work began so we knew exactly what would be happening. We were told that the work would be done on a certain date

and to our delight it was done way before that date, everything was done and completed. Any small details that needed to be touched up were looked at afterwards with no problems, it was really wonderful.

I was very pleased to have Sosna give me a binder at the end of the work that had my warranties, the specs, the invoices, how to care for my kitchen, everything was there for me at the end.

I was pleased to be told that I’m going to have 2 year warranty on the job and that this company is not a vanishing act. They will be here for you. And I have seen that time and time again with them. Thank you Sosna, I’m very happy with the job.
