Bathroom Blitz!

A professional couple with a young child approached us to renovate their 14 year old home. They wanted to increase functionality and personalize their bathrooms and laundry area.

From Dark and Dim to Dramatic in the Master Ensuite

In the Master Ensuite, the dark and uncomfortable shower was replaced with a bright, spacious walk-in shower with a bench. The large corner tub took up too much space and was difficult to get into. This cumbersome tub was removed and replaced with a new freestanding tub; made even more luxurious with a gorgeous feature wall including a beautiful mosaic with brass accents and raindrop sconces. A custom-built cabinet with acid-etched glass from countertop to ceiling provides storage and conceals the toilet. We installed a custom-built double vanity in White Oak shaker with quartz countertop and backsplash providing the desired update and required storage the Yun-Fongs asked for.

From one lackluster to two luxurious Bathrooms

This couple also needed help to create an Ensuite for their daughter and to update the large Shared Bathroom. Through careful planning, we were able to create two Bathrooms out of the existing Shared Bathroom space. A new walk-in shower adds functionality to the now smaller Shared Bathroom, and a new tub provides the required new Ensuite for their daughter. New prefabricated vanities, black and brass plumbing and light fixtures, as well as porcelain tiles completed these 2 Bathrooms.

From Cluttered to Clean in the Laundry Room

We transformed the cluttered and dysfunctional Laundry Room with custom-built cabinets and the addition of a bench with cubbies that provides a convenient spot to sit and to store outdoor and seasonal items. The stacked laundry machines allow for cabinets to store unsightly folding drying racks, ironing board, and brooms when not in use.

These three renovations were finished on time, and this family is thrilled with the updates that reflect their taste and needs. Want to hear directly from these happy clients? Click Here!
