[Music] I’m Daniela and I’m Luke and we bought this house 10 years ago um the minute we bought this house we knew there was a wall separating the living room and the kitchen room and we knew we wanted to take that wall down uh fast forward 10 years later um we heard about this company named Sosna through a friend she had her friend had you do a kitchen renovation and she said it was like the easiest experience One-Stop shop my husband and I both work fulltime it sounded very intriguing so we contacted Andrei Andrei came by and um uh
was lovely just to meet uh but was very inquisitive we wanted to understand what we were looking for in a renovation what we had heard from uh the folks we had heard saith from and um it was just an amazing experience from there um we built out a plan and got to meet a lot of amazing people across the company so the first stop was working on the design with Camila and Tiffany which was the most fun but probably also the most stressful I’m not great at decisions um they made that really easy um really really relied on them I told
them kind of the style I was going for I think it was like romantic Farmhouse and uh they made it happen they gave us ideas uh they brought a lot of things to us we have two children we don’t have to go out a ton um and they kind of designed redesigned everything that we thought we wanted um we thought we would just take this wall down and it would be a super um kind of simple situation but they analyzed our lifestyle and how we want to entertain and how we want to be with our children and they recommended
taking a number of walls down moving the kitchen to the other side of the house and lo and behold we took on this quite uh severe renovation we were told it would be about 4 months which we thought would be great but in fact they finished in 3 months the whole process we lived upstairs with a dog and two small children and it was lovely it was so easy um we would come down every morning they would be here already they would say good morning they would chat with our kids they came to know our dog very very well um and every day when we got
home from work the place was cleaned up to Perfection the dog could run around never got hurt no one was ever bothered by anything um we were happy to live upstairs So we got to know them really well um we gave each other gifts and when they left we we kind of missed them you I’d say throughout the entire process one of the things that was really prominent through it was how professional everyone was everyone was very focused on Shing that we were happy and that we were well taken care of but also that they understood what we needed
whether it be throughout the renovation process or through the design process and I’d say Camila and Tiffany were incredible and and really being very inquisitive but also very very detail oriented throughout the design process and certainly laying the framework for what the renovation was going to look like and you know making sure throughout each stage that we were happy and that it was aligning with what our vision was I would say one of the concerns that we had is when we had our basement done we had a general contractor here who was uh
constantly asking us questions uh throughout the day um coming upstairs if we were working emailing us when we were in the office um and it was tricky it was really really tricky in this situation it was quite the opposite uh nobody contacted us all the problems were dealt with without us um we were kind of updated after the fact that oh there was a problem and we fixed it um it was all done via email or text messages which is was so great when you work full time um and everybody just kind of knew what the mission was they
took care of everything they respected our time so so well um and just made really the best the best decisions for us they they really cared you could tell like they were almost doing the renovation for their own family like they cared so much they were so meticulous um and they just they just treated it really really really well I’m sure they do it with all clients but I thought we felt very special just want to really thank Camila Tiffany Dimitri Leo uh Daniel and and Andrei the entire team was fantastic and I’d say that it
was a team that was so well suited to our personalities and to what we wanted to achieve and very appreciative to everybody thank you so much Sosna our daughters Audrey and Nora miss you guys and they hope you’re doing well um Molly sends her love the dog as well thank you for giving her little snacks every day while you were eating and thank you just for the amazing amazing job I really couldn’t I couldn’t have dreamed this up without you guys
