At Sosna, we believe in celebrating the people who make a difference every day. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new tradition: honouring our team’s outstanding contributions. Throughout the year, we’ll be recognizing two individuals at a time who have truly exceeded expectations and gone above and beyond in their roles.
To kick off this new initiative, we recently held a pizza lunch to announce our very first honourees: Rosie Rooke and Leo Soudat.
Rosie Rooke: Going Above and Beyond at the Fall 2024 Home Show
Rosie’s dedication was on full display at the Fall 2024 Home Show, where she devoted an additional 21 hours of her weekend to represent Sosna. Her enthusiasm and professionalism shone as she engaged visitors, shared our mission, and generated substantial interest from potential clients. Rosie’s unwavering commitment to our team and clients is a shining example of what it means to go the extra mile.
Leo Soudat: Relentless Commitment on a Challenging Project
Leo’s exceptional efforts were instrumental in the success of a challenging project. Facing difficulties with a kitchen company, Leo’s dedication never wavered. He worked tirelessly, staying on-site late into the night, using his own tools and going above and beyond to keep trades on task and ensure the project stayed on track. His commitment to excellence and client satisfaction embodies the very best of Sosna’s values.
We are incredibly grateful to both Rosie and Leo for their hard work, perseverance, and unwavering dedication. Their efforts set a high standard for our team and inspire us all to bring our best every day.
