[Music] give me all so give me [Music] all okay so I’m working on this 8 aen project uh with Simon and leam being the clients I just found out that they are leaving for 2 months in the beginning of my design process Christina has been just super fantastic we couldn’t ask for a better design there to help us with you know with the house design so my idea is actually you know getting to them to pick big item uh materials such as kitchens tiles color schemes and concept before they take off so that we can accommodate their uh meetings on Zoom uh

going uh forward for the next 2 months and also having the time difference of 12 hours but I’m confident we can make this happen and it’ll be a wonderful [Music] project we have a very uh difficult problem which is that um we don’t we can’t move the location because you know my father said this is the Legacy house and and you know we want to pass that on on to the you know from generation to generation so but like I said you know things inside were are um dated to say the least so it’s actually pretty

difficult to you know not sort of change everything right but then we also can Chang just a little it just doesn’t [Music] work I I researched a a bunch actually probably more than 15 companies um we got down to three and then we invited three uh Builders to come in and actually you know to our home gave us you know some inputs and Andre was uh one of these three companies I still remember that day actually it’s been months now um but I still remember that day he spend you know a little more than 2 hours actually

um and we talked about a lot of different things right uh gave us some great ideas you know some are actually uh very good design ideas to make the house more practical for us also he explained the process of how sna actually works with uh their clients in terms of renovation so I really like the detail process and also the you know the approach of having a final price I think that’s a that’s a very practical way of doing things and it also gives us the peace of mind right when we come to that point we certainly expect the you know the

best worksmanship and craftsmanship so the process that we’ve worked with so far uh not just with Christina but also with Dante with Roman and right with with the with the rest of the crew uh has been very collaborative right in terms of helping us make sure that you know we we have options to consider um that we can you know make things you know fit back into the budget um we have a tight budget um and and obviously a lot of work that needs to be done right so but we are very confident that sna can help us with that and uh and it will
