Before construction begins, a thorough house inspection is conducted, and detailed drawings and a comprehensive scope of work are prepared. Clients can review and authorize the detailed proposal from the comfort of their home. They also get the chance to meet the construction team and discuss all logistical details with the project manager. This ensures a clear understanding of the project scope and communication rules, and addresses any questions or concerns.

Throughout the construction phase, a dedicated site supervisor oversees the project, providing regular progress updates and access to the project management system. This system includes daily logs and progress photos. Upon project completion, a pre-delivery inspection is scheduled to ensure the work meets the client’s expectations.
