let me take you for a quick tour we opened up the kitchen this used to be Peninsula over here but now it’s all open we’ got tons of storage I can go elbow deep all the way into here and it shelves all the way up and drawers all the way down over here we’ve got an appliance garage which is really nice for our coffee in the morning all our garbage recycling green bin is all organized we’ve got corner cabinet and it has all our storage easy to access one of the best parts about all this all our spices all utensils all hidden way
perfect for cooking and if we go this way into our laundry room it’s all refreshed all brand new we’ve got this lovely flooring got a nice light green bringing it all up we’ve got this giant closet which actually used to be our hallway that we’d have to walk to In order to get into the space this doorway we walked through that was thanks to s’s design team there was a wall here that we removed it looks like a standard living room but what happened was this ceiling never existed before this was
actually 18 ft above it was an open been great room and now we’ve closed it off turning this house from a three-bedroom into a four let’s go over this way to the new bedroom this area here actually used to be a Juliet Balcony looking down onto the living room now that we can utilize for whatever we need the last room of the house that they also renovated is our bathroom so we got a whole brand new shower in here phenomenal added storage for all our other needs and we got a great new bathtub phenomenal for us thank you Sosna

Creating a Spacious and Functional Kitchen

In this Mississauga home, we completely reimagined the kitchen layout to provide both style and functionality. By removing the old peninsula, we opened up the entire area, adding ample storage with custom cabinets that go from floor to ceiling, including a convenient appliance garage. Every inch of the kitchen is now designed with efficiency in mind, from hidden spice racks to neatly organized recycling stations. The updated space is perfect for cooking and entertaining, making the kitchen the heart of the home.

Refreshing the Laundry Room and Adding a New Bedroom

The laundry room received a complete refresh, with new flooring and light green accents to brighten the space. What was once a narrow hallway has been transformed into a large closet, providing even more storage. We also reworked the living room’s tall ceiling, previously extending 18 feet, to add a new bedroom upstairs. This additional bedroom, created from a formerly unused Juliet Balcony, now offers extra space and privacy, turning this three-bedroom home into a four-bedroom residence.

A Modern Bathroom and Enhanced Living Spaces

Our team also renovated the bathroom, equipping it with a brand-new shower, bathtub, and added storage for convenience. This revitalized bathroom now meets all the family’s needs, blending modern design with functionality.
