In this segment of the Legacy House Renovation Project, we delve into the pre-construction phase of our renovation journey. The design plan remains a surprise for my mom, and we’re eagerly anticipating her genuine reaction. Each element of the design holds significant meaning for our family, adding a personal touch to the renovation process.
During the pre-construction meeting, we outlined the detailed scope of work. The most notable change is the complete overhaul of the ensuite bathroom, which will feature a full shower, grab bar, and a bench, enhancing both functionality and comfort. This house, rich with history, has been the only home my parents have ever known, making this renovation project especially meaningful.
On the main floor, we’re planning substantial renovations, including the removal of several walls to create a more open and spacious layout. This extensive project requires a high level of creativity to devise effective solutions. We’re excited to share the progress and the transformation of our family home as we continue this journey with Sosna Inc.
