[Music] this was our first time working on such an extensive renovation project previously we had done smaller projects working with individual contractors and this time because we need because we were making structural changes we wanted to have a contractor we could trust with the safety and integrity of the building who would be there for the whole for the whole project and finish it on time and within our budget our kitchen was small locked workspace and storage space so we wanted to open up up into the dining room and by doing
so we gained both workspace and storage space and are really happy with the results uh the plan the design went really smoothly working with Olga was a real pleasure she visited as often answered all of our questions found quality finishes that suited our taste and were within our budget from our first visit with Andrei Sosna was so conscientious about the details and the planning they applied for all of the necessary permits took no shortcuts and made sure everything was done to code we were given a detailed schedule
at the beginning of the project which they followed working sometimes into the evening and on weekends to make sure that they finished on time project manager Leo and site manager Adam were on hand to make sure that the work was well done and to communicate with us when there were any problems or whether any changes had to be made we needed to we had moved out of the house during the during the renovation and when our lease was up at the end of April Adam worked to make sure that the house was move-in ready so we could move back in on time
uh so finished on time on budget we’re really pleased with the results and grateful to the whole Sosna team so our our neighbors have been who have seen the kitchen have been very impressed we are grateful to to Sosna and the whole team for a successful project so thank you so much
