We had an amazing experience with Sosna. We picked them because they handle the whole renovation process, from design to construction and each step by them was handled wonderfully. From the initial meetings where we never felt pressured to go with them. To the design process where the designer guided us to a design that was a true reflection of us. To the construction process that was handled with a high level of craftsmanship and an eye for detail. They went above and beyond in so many ways. Timeline and budget are real schedules and hard numbers to them and not just ephemeral targets to try and hit. Our renovation came in on time and budget and any changes were conscious decisions on our part. When we started this process, my partner and I said to each other that if we are spending all this money, the finished result can’t just be something we like but that we love. What a stellar experience it is renovating with Sosna. I am privileged to have had my last 2 homes renovated by Sosna. We just finished our reno on our new home, which was the entire main floor, kitchen, stairs, powder, flooring, living, dining. Plus, new flooring on all 3 levels + upgrades to the lower fireplace and bathroom fans on all 3 levels. It turned out spectacular. They work with you from design to budget to construction to completion. I previously used them for renos on my last home in 2018 and then again on this new home in 2025-26. We are very happy that we decided to use Sosna for our renovations.  Olga, our designer, has done an excellent job with the kitchen and bathroom designs and always explained why she made specific recommendations.  She provided multiple design options to chose from, integrated our suggestions and sought constant feedback to make sure we were happy and within the budget guidelines.  The design process has been well organized and her attention to detail has been impressive. Selecting fixtures, flooring, countertops, etc. was not as daunting as we expected because Olga and her team made sure that we stayed focused and on budget. Five stars are not enough to describe our level of satisfaction with Sosna. From the initial discovery meeting with the project adviser, Jolene, to the completion of our basement renovation, the Sosna team demonstrated not just the highest level of professionalism, but also genuine care for our interests. I have the deepest gratitude for Camila, our designer, Dante, the estimator, Roman, our project manager, and, of course, Sergey and Nazar who were here seven o’clock sharp every work morning, whose hard work ensured the project was completed within a very tight timeline. Sosna also has a whole sleuth of electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, flooring installers, painters and other needed tradespeople to call upon so that it was worry-free for our part, although I had it on good authority that our esteemed project manager did lose sleep over it! Finally, I’d like to commend the Sosna team for their attention to details for not just completing projects, but projects that they and their clients can be proud of. We worked with Sosna for our kitchen, bathroom and entrance renovation. They were recommended to us by our friends who had everything completed on time with no stress. And this is how it’s been for us. We worked with various contractors before where we had to check all the work multiple times and ask them to fix it. In contrast, when working with Sosna, they would notice mistakes if any by themselves and promptly address them without us needing to pay attention. This was very valuable to us. I recently hired the Sosna team to renovate a couple of my bathrooms. The overall experience dealing with them was fantastic. They provided detailed scope and quotes upfront, was clear with expectations and timelines. Perhaps most importantly, unlike other contractors I've worked with in the past, they set the price upfront and there's no changes after the fact. The work they did was fantastic, their team is courteous throughout the project, was very mindful of our life and made sure to be minimally disruptive.
