[Music] hi i’m jeff this is my wife amira and we live in midtown toronto and our house was built in 1946 and we were looking for a renovation and we decided to hire Sosna we were very happy with our home and believed it had good bones but we needed it brought into the 21st century and we needed somebody to help us with that and and we’re very satisfied with the outcome that we’ve had with Sosna and helping us bring this vision to life the the final product of what we received from our renovation

we are thrilled with uh i do feel that it it’s our vision the end result is our vision but it was brought to life in a way uh that we could never have done ourselves we could never have without the efforts of the design team and the specific design plans that were put together by the Sosna designers and helping us navigate the countless choices that have to be made from paint to hardwoods to ceiling materials to lights to other fixtures that navigating this complex world to bring our vision to life so that their design could be implemented by the

design team i the construction team at Sosna was fantastic and we owe a great debt of gratitude to their services and bringing what we feel is our vision uh to life in a way that that we’re thrilled with and we’ll be here for 20 years so we gained confidence right off the bat with Sosna right from our initial meeting with Andrei right down to the finishing touches with with the remaining crew who are here to make sure everything was perfect by the time we moved in so we had excellent experience right from the get-go

dealing with with Andrei from the top to the designers anna and Camila to the project manager Roman who we dealt with extensively and all the contractors and subcontractors in between we were really impressed and happy with their professionalism throughout most importantly i think we really loved the open communication that we received from each member of Sosna so we were very appreciative of how they stayed in touch with us and how honest they were throughout the process it really gave us a sense of confidence

that by the end of the process we were going to get our dream our dream home and our forever home and be completely satisfied and when when we were here visiting the professionalism was evident uh the the tidiness the cleanliness the the quality of the equipment the quality of the crew the the uh the lack of garbage that the way the the bins were filled and emptied so quickly uh the not one complaint from our neighbors in a you know a dense midtown Toronto uh north forest hill neighborhood and uh so this was a fabulous experience

for us um i would also say what’s really impressive about Sosna too is their the remarkable timeliness they they’re very punctual um they deliver on everything they say they’re going to uh so right down to our first meeting with Andrei and and everybody who we read into uh when they when they said they were going to show up at a certain time they were there never a minute too early or too late uh and that was very impressive because you know it’s show professionalism all throughout the project if if you want a

a contractor and a designer and at the builders with full confidence for your renovation Sosna is absolutely the choice to make [Music]
