[Music] hi we’ve been uh living in this house for about 10 years uh i think almost from probably Tony you would agree i think from the moment we walked in here we knew this was going to be our forever home and it was great but we live here with our two sons and two dogs as our son started getting older and bigger we started to feel like our kitchen especially in particular was small felt like it was getting smaller i know the walls didn’t move but it was it felt smaller we couldn’t open our kit our um
fridge all the way so we decided you know what it was time to do uh renovation to see if we could open up the space we called around uh talked to a number of different companies but i think we have to say that from the moment we connected with uh the people at Sosna they were amazing called us back right away i think dealing with Andrei when he first arrived here to talk to us was a different experience he took the time to explain things took the time to to talk about you know what he thought the cost would be what he thought the whole
project would cost and about his process he took the time to instill in us that there was a process that we would follow so we would be informed the entire time there wouldn’t be a time when we would be wondering what’s happening and that’s really what happened throughout the entire process we knew where we were within the process which was super important for us and i think also i would probably add we lived here during the renovation and i’d have to say you know we came here every evening and the house was clean they
vacuumed every day they cordoned off the section of the house that wasn’t being renovated so we were able to actually come home at the end of the day and live our lives so i think the disturbance to us and our family was minimal and i think we really appreciated that and really importantly for us too was the schedule like tony mentioned and the time so they told us it was going to take a certain amount of time and honestly it took right to that day it was perfect they were out of here on the final day we had our house back it was
clean and Camila worked well with us i mean the design that she came up with was not actually what we had first envisioned for the place for the for the space she came up with a much better design looking at the space and how we would actually use the space which to me showed a certain vision of not just construction but of how people live which was extremely important to us because our lifestyle now is actually better than we even imagined it would be oh absolutely yeah 100 we actually use the space the way it was envisioned on the
paper and i know you know sometimes people do renovations and you end up with a certain space but you don’t use it in that way or it just doesn’t work perfectly for your family but i think for us um you know we use our peninsula the way it was envisioned we’ve got a dining room table still and you know tony has his little baking center so for us it was really i think just like tony said just pretty much life-changing for us so and we’re really happy with the way things turned out it was really a fantastic experience for
us it was our first time doing a big reno this size and we would definitely um work with Sosna again and um are planning to in fact so for our second floor so we look forward to that in the future thank you to the entire Sosna team it was a great experience and we look forward to working with you again in the future thanks so much you
