When Sosna first met with our client, the goal was to focus on renovating their basement and possibly the main floor. Our approach begins with understanding the client’s lifestyle and pain points, which is why Andrei, our owner, asked detailed questions to identify their true needs and priorities. By doing so, we were able to refine the project scope and ensure it aligned perfectly with the client’s vision. Partnering with our skilled designer, Olga, we created a design that resonated with the client, even though they weren’t initially sure what they wanted.
