we started thinking about renovating our house a few years ago we’ve lived here 30 years we loved it when we moved in but it was dated um my wife wanted a bigger kitchen and we wanted a bigger family room we didn’t want this big a living room dining room as we’d had we didn’t need it anymore so we ended up starting to talk to people look at different possibilities um when we met Andrei we found somebody that we were comfortable with to trust to take apart our house and put it back together it started with little
things if he said he calls the three o’clock he called us at three o’clock if he said that he was going to meet with us with a couple other people at two o’clock on Thursday afternoon they were ringing our doorbell at a minute before two o’clock on Thursday afternoon they were consistently delivering on what they said they would do and that was important because if they were gonna do it then what were they gonna do when they actually were taking our house apart um they delivered throughout the process they walked us through it
um managed what was definitely a stressful process um helped us to deal with issues uh things that concerned us they managed they they make them go away we ended up with a house that we are really happy with we ended up with a great design Olga did a great job of figuring out what stuff should look like and helped us to be comfortable so that we could say yeah let’s do it their process that started off with spelling out and signing off on every detail and every finish is a really good one it helps you to be comfortable that
you’re gonna end up with what you want so we’re very happy that we went with them we’d recommend them to other people we have an amazing home we love the finishes that we picked we like how it all works together I love this amazing kitchen it’s really exciting to work in it to cooking it to bake it and it just it feels really nice just to be in our new space and we’re really enjoying it so thank you for doing a great job thank you [Music]
