we could see the level and time commitment that he put in he put he came for a couple of hours spent and went through each and every detail of the home and what exactly is the thing that we required and what he suggested we should be doing and the level of detail right from the first meeting versus the other contractor stands out for anyone who takes a meeting with Andrei yeah so just everything came together so smoothly and quite happy with that yeah and the sixth and the best part about the design process is the six
weeks that we spend with the designer everything is sorted signed for and once the construction starts we get a binder which we can refer to and the rest of the construction process is very easy takes out all the headaches because everything is very crystal clear that binder is your language between what we want and what the the contractor will be building the other thing we we were looking for Aurora was pregnant uh six months into the project and the number two most important thing for us after the the design of the home was
obviously getting it done on time and on budget and time was by far our number one priority once the design was finalized we were absolutely amazed that the fact that they could uh finish the project in exactly the time they stayed in fact a few days earlier yeah and exactly on budget so like if there’s anything you’re looking for in a contractor it’s good quality craftsmanship deliver on time deliver on budget and they care about your project those are the four things that Sosna cares about the most
